No, they don't have updates either. It looks like they've had the same situation as here of people re-uploading chapters that have already been added, with the difference that they weren't taken back down again, unlike here. Mangago is actually ahead of them from what it looks like.
No one is actually re-uploading chapters a diffrent group translated it with better quality in the translations but since its the same Manga it keeps saying there's an update but really it's supposed to be the better translated vers of pervious chapters once the diffrent group is done re-trasnlating (I think that's what you call it?) It'll go back to updates where it doesn't seem like a troll or someone re-uploading chapters and will countinue normally from what I've heard
