Probably cuz Translating raws that are in Korean and isn't a language you know it's going to be difficult for them
i read the korean raws and i'm no way fluent but if it's simple words then i can read it. or else i just read it in krn and have no idea what it means. the thing about this manhwa is that it uses big words sometimes to explain certain things about the story that doesn't work well on papago/google trans
Because it was already translated in English and you can buy it on the official website. Tho am thankful they are still translating it coz I don't have money at the moment to buy it.

So I remember reading this a long time ago and being traumatized so I didn’t touch it for the longest time. But now that I reread it I realize it wasn’t that bad. If anything it kinda reminds me of Shawshank Redemption
