
Is it the culture to call everyone by their work titles? It kind of bothers me because team leader was calling Felix by his name while warning him not to call people by their names... or is it that you have to call people higher up than you by their titles and people above you can call you by your name? Idk man, even if I had subordinates I wouldn't want to be called by my work title because it feels dehumanizing. If it doesn't bother people because it's part of their culture I guess there's no harm done though...
