i feel like Yashiro is kind of father to both Ren and Kyoko, like when Ren got interested in Kyoko he also got interested in her, and it grows when he get close to her and see that Ren is changing because of her, so i think Yashiro just wants to help and support Kyoko to be best..
about Ren being jelly? i dont think that will happened because when the management was planning on having Kyoko a guy manager Ren just said that "its part of the work" and also when Yashiro and Ren heard some boys talking about Kyoko he said something like "its good, she's gaining popularity" so i think Ren when it comes to work really professional and he doesnt affect his feelings get in the way but i cant say anything when Kyoko will work with Shou because Shou is the only guy Ren got jealous of...
