Lilian - formerly known as Iris, had hatched from her chrysalis phase, or otherwise "reborn". Thus the name change. Because she's a vampire/papilio-daemon, her memories are not altered by the rebirth. (In her life as Iris, she did although have some memories recalled.)
However, in Sara's or Shiragi's case, because she is human her memories of her past life have not stayed with her. But I'm sure with time her past life memories will come back just as it did in previous chapters (ch. 19 and ch.23)
