It's pretty good how they portret her. She is not someone adult from different world. She is real child, who lived in orphanage, she had to be selfless and her only dream is to have family, so ofc she is shy sometimes and generally wants to help her new family member. Maybe sometimes she is to cute, but it's not annoying for me. She still can't forget her friend from orphanage, so it shows how good she is to dream rn not about her better future, but family for her bf
The story goes well, they talk to each other a lot and their communication is good. There is no problem with speeches about children and they acknowledge their different opinions e.g. about this case!! I love it
He is so cool and has interesting mindset, really, I hope story will be better each chapter and stupid Flora won't appear again
FL transform to the different world with small clues from novel, she just wants to be friends with other people it happens they are boys, come on. She can choose freely what she is doing in love sphere, she is just a girl so it's normal she fell in love with ML and then remembered about story so she broke up. Anyway kissing and other stuffs with people like her ex friend is normal this is aristocratic world where affairs are common etc.

Yes I agree it’s not right but time period and settings have a huge impact on story lines. Take our own world history as an example. Was enslaving people right? Was men being able to marry multiple women and cheat on them right? Please keep in mind I’m just bringing up the most common examples that even elementary schoolers would know as it is plainly obvious that some people aren’t mature enough (if you want to know why it would be included at the very bottom). The answer to the examples were no but were they allowed? Yes and they were common and there were even people who had no problems with it. Do you see what I mean now by how time period has huge effects? Even though we might not agree the people from that time would agree with it as they had different values from us.
Anyways my comment on the maturity of the audience is due to the immense comments on the FL being trashy etc.
First of all you have to understand she was traumatized by her parents experience on how love hit fades. She’s afraid of getting hurt. So she doesn’t want to risk any chances of possibly being hurt. This I totally understand as I’ve personally witness my parents divorce and it does stick with you. It makes you doubt shit. By chances I mean that she read the novel and knows that she will be abandoned so she’ll rather just leave first than being the one that is abandoned.
Secondly what’s wrong with breaking up? What’s wrong with kissing Zion? She had a legit reason to do so and breaking up is a common occurrence. Furthermore, she had broken things off for THREE whole years. People are just pissed that she’s kissing Leo’s friend when they’ve broken off for a long time. Who cares if they are friends??? Time hasn’t passed and even in real life people move on. Moreover, Zion even pointed out sometimes he doesn’t even know if they are friends.

You are totally right, these people who condemned the story line and the fl with their "toxic positivity" can only see the world with black and white, they couldn't empathy pov of others.
If your friend still has feelings for their ex and had told you so, that's a red flag that dating this person is a bad idea. It can be tough to move on from a relationship when those feelings still exist, and it could cause tension if you make a move before your friend has moved on.
That's totally weird, so 2 people who in love with each other can't be together just because the friend is in love with the person?

Ah I told my friend that Bc she had feelings for my ex too but I was chill with it. I was jealous at first but then i sorted my ass out. We broke up. We ended. There’s nothing more in our relationship. We may meet yes but I’ll rather not meet. That’s my mindset. Although it may cause tension but if if your friend and ex truly love each other then SUPPORT THEM.

FL is strong, but not stupid. ML has peculiar character too which make them together interesting duo. Even though is catches into typical contractual marriage type of plot it has new breeze in genre. Love it for now
