Its only 1 chapter, no reason to compare it to Painter of the Night just yet. I think many people are unaware that nobleman in those days all dressed like that. Not much they can do about the hairstyle/color or clothing. Most of the artist's other characters are similar types too. Lets wait for the plot to develop before comparing.
