This manga gives me a lot of mixed feelings. The author evidently treated the rape as something despicable, yet the main character feels guilt for what he’d done. Of course, this guilt doesn’t alleviate his actions (the bitter taste still lingers), but the fact that he makes efforts to redeem himself makes this series very confused emotionally. I don’t think it’s fair to compare it to other Yaoi manga which use the “rape trope.” This is just my two cents though

I thought the same! at first I was like "man not another rape manga" and then thought that this author does not usually go in that direction. It's very hard to decide which side to be on, because even though what he did was horrible he feels guilt and try to redeem himslef... idk feels wierd to be honest XD so not used to this

I’m so tired of the toxicity in the comment section. Why do people insist to paint characters like Ein, Diesel and Yanek in such a simplistic light? Ein is either a “lovable cinnamon roll” or “murderous, criminal cop”, he can’t be both. It honestly gets on my nerves because it obvious the author intended to make these characters complex and not black-and-white. And before someone tries to say this, I’m not an Yanek/Ein/Diesel hater or fan, I’m just someone who is annoyed with seeing these comments every damn update.

Am I the only one who didn’t ship any of them with Minho? They were both terrible and douchy, honestly. The best part of this story was Minho, his best friends and his family, especially his sister. Otherwise, I didn’t like Hajun, he was a complete asshole 90% of the time and his love for Minho was so contrived. Ugh. At least, Sekyung feeling for him were genuine. Nevertheless, despite me saying that, I think Sekyung is a complete asshole. The way he mocked and taunted Minho (before he confessed) and how he used Hajun feeling (who, I don’t really sympathise with) is despicable. Honestly, Minho deserves better.
YO WHO TOOK THEM BOTTLES????!!!!
