Howdy yall, I know that this is off topic but my aunty who is 50+ has trouble extending her knee and can’t stretch her leg out as much as before. Also I know this ain’t the place to ask but do any of yall have any herbal or homemade remedies for joint pain? My aunty has been taking pain medication but it hasn’t been working as much cuz the pain is constant. She’s also been using pain patches but to no avail. Please help a pal out ┗( T﹏T )┛
