Can someone help me, I'm looking for a manga yaoi about two students (seme and uke). I do not remember the name, but I know that the older brother of the seme has a cafe / bar, and that in a part of the story the older brother tells the uke how he met his lover (high school friend).

Can anybody help me? I'm looking for a manga where the girl came to a school and she meets a boy with whom she discusses a lot. But they end up dating, and in the final pages they are married and have a child, she is on the phone with a friend and he is a teacher at the old school. He tells a student, that his wife and son are waiting for him at home
