ML is literally glowing (head only). When mc removes his eyeglasses he can suddenly see ml's true face, but as if now (chapter 2) he still doesn't know. He accidentally dropped them one time and saw a REALLY jot guy at school, not knowing it was ml. So he confronts ml if he knows someone that handsome. As you expected, ml gets all jealous and says "you haven't even told ME I'm handsome"
