If they cheated once would you be able to believe that he/she can change? I was looking through comments from some mangas I just read that had a cheating partner, and A LOT of people didn't believe that cheaters could change.
Personally I think that it depends on the person. I think that a lot of people can change with time. However people only say that they will change because they got caught. Usually people would have continued to cheat if no one found out. It's extremely late where I am and I can't form my opinion on this very well but I really like this question/discussion.
