I can't trust Mireille at all. She just gives me strong traitor vibes. If she can be moved to cooperate with Ars for this campaign, then great. But they gotta cut off all ties/get rid of her afterwards. She's a shit-stirrer on ALL sides.
Look I know the female sidekick in action/adventure/fantasy is overdone and has a tendency to be annoying but it's just awful and uncalled for to wish a character to die and call her a b*tch just for existing. Blame the author for crappy characterization.
Also if y'all gonna be salty, keep the same energy for the male sidekick.
I completely agree with you. However, people aren't gonna get mad at the male sidekick because they get way better characterization so people actually enjoy reading about them. While female sidekicks are reduced to annoying b*tches.

If I rlly like the content I’ll usually just recharacterise/develop the sidekick myself bc it is usually the side girls that get shit on and it’s one of my pet peeves sometimes canon doesn’t know what’s best for itself
Too true. It's really frustrating and disappointing when I come across this trope in an otherwise good series.
