Well yeah if you read the authors interview you'll see they use the word cunt-boy. I'm pretty sure it's a genre in of itself although a very specific niche one which isn't uncommon. Tbh more normal than other things I've seen here and MRM Not even mentioning monsterfuckers and stuff. It was pretty tame imo!
