Trying to write this without spoiling too much...but ahem, you notice the other person is unconscious and hurt so you decide to treat their wounds, then notice you're horny so you decide to sit on their lap (while they're still unconscious and hurt) and use their (you guessed it, un-frigging-conscious) hand to touch yourself...
