Sejin got assaulted by ML's brother when he was in heat. This is why ML is making sure to monitor his heats and sticking a bodyguard to him at all times.

In last TL, Sejin chose to give his father the actual usb. They released a product based on it and ML felt betrayed. This strained their relationship and Ido told his workers not to tell or inform him of anything about Sejin. Sejin also couldn't leave Ido and go back cz well we know his family is shitty and they abandoned him after using him in last TL. From the spoilers, it seems on Ido's brother's birthday, Ido prepared a "gift" for him which was a bunch of evidence about his sexual crimes against omegas in the past. Ido's brother pestered him saying he wanted the gift now, so he told him that the gift was at his house and he could just go get it on his own. That day Sejin went into heat suddenly like he did in this TL too. So when Ido's brother went there he met Sejin, an omega in heat and thought that was supposed to be his gift from Ido. He mentioned it to Sejin too, so Sejin felt Ido really did so. Ido had no idea all of that happened. When he did know, his brother was already under arrest bc Ido had given the evidence to the police already even before the incident happened I think. Ido was in rut, he was swamped with work bc the chairman died, then his brother R@p€d Sejin. He saw red, on top of that Sejin thought Ido allowed his brother to do so, and told Ido that they should divorce (they were married pretty early in last TL). ML at last lost it, and took it out on Sejin. Thus he too did r@p€ him, knotted him and then imprinted on him. Sejin then got pregnant but he didn't know who the father was bc they both knotted him. He couldn't take it anymore and decided to himself. Coincidentally Ido found him and Sejin ended up doin so right in front of Ido. Thus Ido in this TL keeps his gun empty. When Sejin and Ido do talk of the last TL after Sejin remembers it all, Sejin asks about the child and what happened to Ido later. Sejin tells him that the child was their's and that Ido died soon after Sejin ,it is not mentioned how, but a Su!c!de is implied.
Everybody took part in making his past life hell is what it seems like. I have not seen any spoilers but seems the only decent person, maybe from past to present is his bodyguard.
