I think they are too used to the whole world bending to make the protagonist win...like I love the S classes that I raised but like of course mc will have a cheat to make every human monster like him and of course they will be so civil about it even with the story repeating they are monsters who doesn't care about human lives the same with shoujo of course she can change them all and chose one in the end and everyone will be so mature they will chose to suffer forever for her sake

I didn't expect a love story. Definitely didn't expect lovey dovey sex. But at least respect and the storyline staying focused. Not back to back rape scenes. I think one was more than enough.

It is like saying "one death is more than enough" in a war show....the story is literally about the guide in the guiding world....I know you people like that kind of "cut" were it is implied the rape and them we just see mc being sad and depressed with a one-dimensional and shallow take in the whole process so you can curse and critique MC when he is toxic or/and know that everything will be alright after he is out of that situation but this is not this kind of story...gosh this is definitely not that kind of story...and if you know how to respect and be respected is because you are a normal human being who feels empathy and had a normal emotional development not the case of the whole "superhuman" proposal

Any content of a conservative place really, people do whatever they like with "guideverse" like I saw a lot of really cute ones where holding hands was enouth and omegaverse that focused in health omegas whose pills worked, and romance with a MC who had a believable personality and a brain, but for the same reason even shounen are full of pedo content even yaoi has rape when writed by someone who grew up in purity culture...and no western content is not imune from it......what I am saying is that there is bad written content and there is content that is not for you, I for instance think this kind of subject is too heavy to be mixed up with comedy like in "the boys", even I understanding the sarcastic humor and the gore it doesn't work FOR ME, and this makes ME not want to watch a good series, but I don't go complain that a important part of the story telling should be censured so it is more easily digested by me.....and that is what you and most people like to ask for this kind of content, this is NOT your average love story where the author just slipped her cultural abomination, and them for a audience who doesn't grew up in that problematic culture this ruined the character and story telling (because it obviously doesn't fit the narrative nor the building and you can't look at them the same)

the gratuitous rape scenes are literally not at all important to the story. they were right when they said one is more than enough. it’s also just boring and bad writing. it’s uncreative, another person using the guideverse as an excuse to have all of these graphic rape scenes i’m convinced it’s the only reason the guideverse exists in the first place. they do not add anything to the story. it would be so much better if the characters were more than “asshole rapist #1-5” and actually all had unique dynamics with the mc. but no, it’s just pointless rape scenes.

Well said. Any avid reader could see this rape scene did nothing to the plot. The first one established the toxic business quasi relationship. Even the one before this one could be argued to have meaning if someone really wanted to dig deep. This last one had no purpose. It truly proved this story into "how many rapists can I squeeze into a story and ppl still defend my shitty writing" lol.
