I couldn't have said it better myself. Their relationship is definitely toxic. Ginu is being selfish. Why does it HAVE to be Yubin that confesses first? Its painfully obvious he is afraid of losing Ginu. So it would be great if Ginu could give a little positive push instead of acting like an asshole all the time. Yubin can't voice his feelings if all Ginu does is use him for sex every time they are together.
I totally agree with your first argument.. I definitely think that ginu is turning the relationship toxic because he expects so much from yubin but doesn't plan to give anything back we all know that that's not how a FUCKING relationship works! It's makes me so mad just thinking about it (╬￣皿￣)凸... But I think that rather than yubin finding another partner I do hope that the both of them find a better way to communicate with each other let's say 85% of the toxicity in this relationship is because of ginu and his possessive ways because we can't even put yubin as always blameless cause there were many time I thought that he would confess but all those times he chose not to not to mention the whole sex partners thing was thought of by him too .... Both of them have their faults (ginu mostly) but now that another handsome guy has shown up you can't expect them to break up right?!?!?! I just feel like Zheng Xi just want to protect Jian Yi. I dont feel like he's sexually attracted to Jian Yi. Jian Yi heart skips a beat when he sees Zheng Xi but what about Zheng xi ??? How does Zheng Xi really feel?!? （/TДT)/ But at the same time Jian Yi only kissed him the night before. Maybe he just needs time? ┑(￣Д ￣)┍ Sometimes I forget Zheng Xi only found out Jian Yi's true feeling barely 24 hour ago. It just feels like forever cause the update times are so spaced out but I need a sign from ZX! Anything! A blush? A Heartbeat? A second kiss! Something lol (▰˘◡˘▰)
It's difficult to know Zhan Zheng Xi's feelings because he's stoic (unkike Jian Yi who is expressive), Plus, remember feelings sometimes are confusing, maybe XiXi doesn't even understand the extent of his own emotions towards his best friend... But I think the author is implying they will develope mutual romantic feelings, because you are forgeting that Zhan ZHeng Xi has blushed furiously with Jian Yi in various occasions... like when Jian Yi tryied to find a nickname and called him "XI", when they picked up somethung from the floor and accidentaly touched hands, and various other times, also XiXi showed him a night sky view from a hill as a birthday present (this is pretty romantic, it's not the type of present you give to a friend....but he doesn't seem to notice himself these things), and he gives in Jian Yi's whims when he pouts...
I agree with the user above but I also always thought the love that Zheng Xi has for Jian Yi wasn't just friendship-love, he just kinda didn't give it much of a deeper thought? Like, when Yi stayed over and Xi said he thought Yi was "good-looking" or when Yi rolled over him and they sorta hugged for a little there and Xi was all flustered and confused afterwards.
If he really didn't love him, I think the aftermath of Yi's confession would've shown us even just a little less intimacy coming from Xi's side, but we only see him showing more affection than anything else (which do not translate to "I'm sorry but no" to me, really, lol) so it could probably be meant to lead to something else..
I think you may be right. Hopefully ZZ just needs time to realize his feeling. But the way Old Xian is writing this story (all realistic and stuff) I don't see it coming easy for them. Got my fingers crossed for this OTP cause im going down with this ship. (●'◡'●)ﾉ

That must of been really tough for him to hear. I love how this comic is really growing, from being a cute little shounen-ai to a realistic and emotional story about a young boy coming to terms with his sexuality and the struggles that come with it. It's sad that the girl doesn't know the power of her words and how they can effect people. I'm really glad Zheng Xi is mature enough to understand Jianyi's struggle and comfort him but I wonder if he really likes (romantically) Jianyi or is he just being a supportive friend who doesn't want to hurt or lose the person he cares about. Hhmmm (=・ω・=)
But the same thing applies to Jian Yi as well, lol. He just said to the girl why "she wrote such a stupid thing."
Tell me, is having an infatuation stupid? IMO, no one is the enemy here.
But i feel like Jian Yi kinda has a right to say that him and Zheng Xi are in a close relationship romantic or other wise. Her and Zheng Xi are not. JY ridiculing her for liking ZX is hurtful but making JY feel like he's disgusting is a lot worst. Sexual orientation is a big deal and can effect people for life. Her crush on Zheng Xi is just not even on the same level. But that's just my opinion. But I think it makes the comic a lot more realistic and interesting. :)
I didn't really get your first sentence when you said that Jian Yi has a right to tell that to the girl's face. I understand that we all are rooting for the main couple over here, but there are no rules that you have to be somebody's close friend in order to like them. Anyone has the right to confess to whoever their crush is, and then take it from there. Sexual orientation is a big deal, sure, you can argue with that, but it all boils down to human feelings in general. Wasn't he the one who provoked her, saying such a thing? What did he expect? And please do keep in mind that we are talking about China here. Not everyone and their mom will be accepting of the different spectrum of sexualities. :)
For me, when people insulted my bisexuality, it hurt, sure. But I moved past that because I had to strong for a friend who had been called slut by her classmates. She was there for me as well. A real tragedy is something life-changing, like a horrible experience of having acid thrown in your face, like my aunt.
That ignorance because of old customs and close-mindedness can only be changed with time, you see? The girl must have been brought up on those ideals. My parents are homophobic, because they were brought up to value heterosexuality, but does that make me stop loving them? No. I love them, and I hope that a day will come where close-mindedness isn't there.
