I hate this story, it’s so good that I hate it because I know I won’t find another one like it or maybe I will idk.

Point is, this story is so disgustingly good that it makes you go crazy. Like, at some point while reading you’ll start to want to destroy J too and not just kys die explode kind of destroy.

The way the story is told makes you want to claw him up and rip him apart with just your teeth, it makes you hunger and want for him. With each passing chapter you start to wonder how far Makoto will progress and how much of J will be revealed, it’s like you’re a feral stray waiting to be fed, forced to wait and watch them prepare your meal, and every time you’re finally given something it’s not enough to fill you up. So you sit in anticipation for more. Hate what Datenshou went through tho because he’s my favorite and I want to spoil him sobs.

I still adore how well paced this manga is, and how things don’t start and end in an extremely convenient shounen plot armor way (I mean it still does happen but it doesn’t happen in an unnaturally convenient sort of way, it’s more like things slowly falling into place and connecting). I love how they had to work for things, how they had times where they'd argue and get tired because it makes them feel alive. It really makes you want to cheer them on lol. Lowkey want a side story of the captain tho cause I wanna see how he decides to live on.
