It's her first time wearing makeup and it actually made her "popular" because she turned 'pretty' ,, and the thought of getting invited to a party with Taesook Cha(which she knows for as a popular dude) also there,, makes her think that other popular and cool kids will also be there ,,,
If we didn't see what Taesook's true intentions were we probably would have also encouraged her to go or smth

But overall yeah I totes agree w u and evrything, she is pretty dumb. Probably coz she has no social life and stuff
