i was in middle of watching the animation series but i realised it has so many episodes and the intro has few new characters… then i realised i missed this volume. i was soo mad but luckily i just finished eps 6 when i realised there must be something im missing. btw this volume is so good that i didn’t expect it to have comedic content in it and the poetic also the characters are shining in their own ways. ngl i thought i wouldn’t like shion but HE IS MY SUNSHINE!!! hard working little bean!

They don’t Kiss until ch 200. It def has yaoi in it, but there’s a lot of story plot and things that happen allowing a lot slower romance build. It’s really good pacing imo.
the flashback kinda gives a hint of the ‘yaoi” genre but overall they need to rebuild their relationship so sure can wait!

Rather than the plot I feel like they changed their minds on Ren's personality-- like, I think the reveal of him lying about having to kill Haruna was supposed to be more of an "wow, this guy is an asshole"-kind of thing rather than the more pitiful, depressing side of Ren we got to see lolol
not me searching oda nobunaga on history and learnt that mutsuhida tried to kill him for unknown reason (still controversial) and they kinda didn’t found nobunaga’s corpse after the attack. but only the eldest son n it is due to suicide. still… the way it started kinda off but the story n plot pulled me in.
