Basically anyone can mate with anyone no female and male. Depending on the manga though sometimes being an alpha is a dishonor, other times they r like an item u can buy. This one really wants more Alphas so Alphas will mate to try to get an Alpha to continue their name and sometimes keep trying till they have one (mostly only upper class does this thou)
