Oo not sure about translated Korean novels but there’s a great collection of books you can download as epubs/pdfs on Anna’s Archive. May be there, or you can ask around in related reddits.

honestly, for epubs it was novel translation servers -- i'm not active in any of them anymore since this was circa 2021 but people would share around so many ropan translated/mtl epubs everywhere. but mostly, i second novelupdates for reading novels! no idea where you're looking, but NU undoubtedly has one of the biggest collections of translated korean novels online

Okay, here's my advice, yes tell him. But also say that you don't want or need a relationship, you're perfectly happy with being his friend, so you just wanted to let him know that. Then it's his choice to tell you how he feels without being pressured into feeling like he'd hurt you or he has to date you. And you never know he might like you too or start developing feelings after being friends for a while. I met my fiancé sophomore year of high school and we started off as just friends :)
