There are so many gaps that my head hurts. It just seems the author just wanna end this story with no details. We don't know what was their reaction to the father's death? what happened to the brother? Why haven't they still run away despite being married? How come Noah suddenly comes in the frame with no context?
The plot seemed interesting in the beginning but all of a sudden it adapted a creepy plot with obvious plot holes.

FL has PTSD because of the abuse she's went through for years she has lost trust in people around her, she sincerely needs therapy.
It's just that neither of them opens up clearly, there remains doubt and uncertainties in their talk that piles up and turn into fights and hatred. They do need a break, in that break they should see other people if necessary maybe that will help them realize their true feelings and they'll communicate with other more.

Dark haired dude is far from being trustable. He pretended to be in love with purple hair girl for survival reasons obviously but that doesn't change his deceiving abilities. He's the type of guy who'd leave the girl once he finds his merits somewhere else.
Ml on the other hand is no doubt a psycho obsessive bastard who would lock the girl if he'd want to, but- but I'm a sucker for 'I'd burn the world for you' men so i still pair her with the bastard just to cry in pain later
