What I got from the last panel is that he isn't particularly talking abt harming Sungwoo but if Sungwoo did something that may be of importance to Leo other than flowers, Leo might fall for real for Sungwoo and become possesive of him. I've read the prequel of this at MRM. It's basically a sports school and all the other sports captains like volleyball, basketball, track and field etc. confessed to him and they all had sex with him. Do it. I waited for like 2 years and then i finally read it and did not regret it. Yes, it will fuck you up but you will get over it. It is absolutely addicting and amazing. If you end up liking this i recommend another webtoon called Save Me.
