It's ironic in a sense how the ego weapons and armor are so easily obtained by the MC. The common trope is how extremely rare they are yet this man has what 6 of them? Then the shop he goes to is full of ego weapons as well. Not complaining just thought it was interesting how they decided to use "egos" in this story.
I think it's rare for the powerful ones like Lou and the other one (i forgot the name). The ones he bought isn't sentient like. The rare ones are the sentient ones. That's how i see it anyways..
Well to be fair, the shop is full of egos because they're artificially manufactured; not to mention that Lou and Elle were only found because of his ability/skill. They're probably rare because people easily pass them, like how the MC didn't notice Elle w/out Lou telling him
The story literally said they aren't THAT rare, just picky. And the reason why MC couldn't detect them before is cause he didn't go to another level of the tower

Something about these "kingdom building" manhwa's just hit differently. I think its how much more immersed you can be with the story since you get to see more of what the MC thinks and why they do certain things.
Do u know about others like this? Where the mc not only fights demons and monsters (like solo leveling) or is trying to escape death (like Trash of the Count’s family) but is also trying to change society and build a kingdom/empire/village/wtv else

Wow I don't even know what to say except great story so far but poor baby, he shouldn't have to feel like even a fragment of happiness shouldn't belong to him. Hopefully he finds another purpose for his life other than just revenge cause once it's done he just gonna feel lost.
There's no way he's human. The mental fortitude it would take to continually regress like that is astronomical. I could only see him being able to do that if he blessed by the creator of the tower but then again that wouldn't be surprising seeing how he got a broken duo of skills with his original skill and the one he got from that crazy fire dude. However I don't see him being able to continue doing things the way he been doing them. The higher floor bosses will probably have skills that can kill the soul along with the body thus eliminating his existence so hopeful he will continue to improve his sword skills.
I like this. It gives off similar vibes as Dungeon Reset. Both Mc's are so stupidly simple it makes the story funny and enjoyable! I also like how rather than us just getting a time skip from when he entered the abyss to when he leaves we actually get to see his growth.

Mai has the special ability to create items. However, mai has a limited ability in creating items and knows that creating bigger and difficult items will put a strain on herself and her health. In this chapter mai sacrificed herself to create a cursed weapon for maki to use. Mai has also figured out that neither mai or maki will ever be able to reach their full potential if the other exists since twins share power and are considered one individual.
Basically Mai sacrificed herself to make Maki the ultimate cursed weapon (this what she hands Maki) and release Maki's full power and potential.
Maki is now void with cursed energy, just like how toji was, because of Mai's sacrifice with her own cursed energy.

Mai killed herself using her rather limited cursed technique to make the weapon Maki now possesses. With her death Maki can now reach her full badass potential and become another Toji Fushiguro.
While it's sad about Mai, I'm actually excited to see Maki bringing it all down! She looks so freaking bad-ass.
