I've been reading a lot of cultivation/action/fantasy novels, manga, manhwas etc recently. I don't know if its just me but I've noticed whenever they reference some sort of slave-master relationship peoples its always people who can be described as poc. Girl idk it just don't sit right with me. Please share any all opinions. I wanna know if maybe I'm just being narrow-minded after reading a few that have this trait

rather than being racially based i think it’s more of foreigner? like if ur a foreigner to the country ur status is much lower, sometimes they just make the foreigner tanner or with strange hair
Glad the MC didn't just abandon the Edifice Palace or whatever it's called. Had he done that it would've been dumb. He went through all that effort and trouble to help them even if he was just using them it still would've been a waste to just desert them. Now they are basically at his beck and call.
