I cud agree that the empress is idk the word for it. Like, other adjectives such as heartless, cruel, or evil have a distinct difference from how she is so... Anw, but I can't call her smart. I mean, she does come off greedy and she does anything to satisfy it. But reading the novel, she was just greedy and wud do anything for it. Not exactly smart.
