How similar is the manga to the novel? Are there important scenes skipped and is the pace similar?

I definitely recommend the novel although the manhua is eyecandy too. However, I'd like to emphasize that there's no need to compare the two and see which is the better one. Its a manhua adaptation so its understandable that there are parts tgat dont coincide with the other. Nevertheless, I hope you enjoy the story and continue to support the author and the team ^o^
Yes I’ve read the novel and they are preset similar so I’m happy about that. I just hoped the Manhwa didn’t cut out romantic scenes cuz of ‘Chinese restriction’ and it didn’t happen ヾ(☆▽☆)
The novel like any novel version is more in depth and you can also see YHQ view on things albeit briefly
But the manga is also very nice to look at and has its own take on making things a little bit sweeter

I read a good part of the novel. From what a remember its almost 7 or 8 girls interested in him, theirs no actual stuff hapening their freinds, and the girls some are dead in love other is just a interes or a life debt that is bluring the lines of what they feel. He only has eyes for one girl, the ex.
