it's a shōujō manga, the plot is like: there is this god of thunder or lightning (not sure) and he fall to earth and meets this cute girl.
and then there a scene where she is wearing a wedding dress.

well i don't remember all the details, but its a shoujo manga
where the guy is chubby and he's about to commit suicide and then the girl saves him, and she helps him lose weight and the he tells her that he's actually a famous model and he was fed up of his old life so he gained weight. And of-course they fall in love.
