Harmonia is a good I don’t think it’s too similar other than just human greed like the last few chapters. It can be read for free on webtoon. It’s more of a thriller maybe horror, but it’s sci fi dystopian that deals with an immortality drug and just things wind up going wrong with it.
I know you didn’t ask for manga but both Sousou no Frieren and To You the Immortal are very similar in terms of plot and having an seemingly immortal characters that deal with pains of losing loved ones over time, but go on epic journeys and have found families.

I love reading manhwa with rape,and with trauma etc... but this is so fucked up. Literally i had to listen music or I would end up throwing up. I'm waiting for nxtt season to see if the plot changes end to see if I can give a rational explanation to this. I've read worst,but this entered my mind and can't get out.
