My guesses for next chapter:
1- JK will lose after a very dirty trick jumin is hiding and people are gonna question if that thing is allowed (and they'll say it is); OR
1.1- JK will win but with a VERY BAD injury, something very hard to recover and he will have to forcefully take a break from his career;
2- Kim Dan will get extra concerned but won't be able to treat JK bcs everyone is suspecting of him, so team black will ask him to step aside for now;
3- kim Dan is now drowning in an indescribable emptiness;
4- JK won't even look or speak to Dan, he'll be sure Dan betrayed him but potato will say something about how he helped Dan test everything and everybody is gonna be like: o_õ "hm weird...";
5- the chapter is going to end with jk staring at nothing, lost in thoughts with a ballon like (...) and a weird look on his face, which the entire fandom will try to interpret it somehow.
6- Hopefully we'll get someone from the team overhearding some sus conversation among Jumin's team.
WHAT I EXPECT FOR THE FUTURE CHAPTERS AFTER THAT:
1- Granny's will get worse;
2- JK and Dan won't have any dialogue or fisical contact after the fight;
3- JK will be constantly quiet and thoughtful with a butt face ò_ó all the time.
3- Team black and will still suspect Dan and respectfully fire him "for now", he'll then move out from JK's (I would guess jk isn't kicking him out bcs he's still thinking about what potato said but Dan will feel guilty and a nuisance to him)
4- Dan will have time to think straight for once in his life, get some jobs, live in a poor apartment again and hope for the best for grandma while crying on his free time :(
5- Somehow team black will discover the truth and reach out do Dan, but at this point Dan is already so fed up with it and exhausted he'll just refuse going back there.
6- JK will finally make another expression, which will be a mix of anger and frustration, but obviously he won't understand why he's feeling so upset, plus, no words will be exchanged between him and
...between him and Kim Dan.*

I wouldn't really consider it a side story though, not sure why they called it like this but this is actually an important part of the story since it's the first time we get to see ilay's thoughts and impressions about taeui from the very beginning, which will reflect directly on his actions on the next chapters.
I think its cause this webcomic is primarily all bout taeuis thoughts and perspective. So concidering that calling it side story fits perfectly. Although in other webconics giving everyone's thoughts (thought bubbles) and opinions is completely normal
It's actually a side story of volume 4 of the novel. It's suppose to appear after the last chapter of volume 4

what i think i understand is that mieum’s father had kidnapped jitae in the past, mieum had saved him from getting beaten up, possibly
killed by his father. mieum’s had random flashbacks of jitae as a kid who was all wounded up, he was treating jitae’s
cuts and wounds before. they know each other from younger age, they were ‘friends’. maybe they went to the same school for a brief time because mieum has a school nametag of jitae’s club ‘buddy’

OMG IT'S A NEW UPDATE AFTER MORE THAN A YEAR (don't actually remember anything)
I'm shocked how the author really tried to make us swollow the happy chiwoo when in fact, THAT'S NOT OUR MAIN CHARACTER! The chiwoo we know, the traumatized, depressed, confused and passionate one just VANISHED from existence. The only one who remembers him is Hwan, who is about to "substitute" him with the other version os chiwoo.
That other chiwoo is not the same, it's supposed to be him but like in another universe. If you take everything someone has gone through life, you might as well just call them another name, cause it's someone else and definitely not our chiwoo. I'm so upset about many things in this story, but this """happy""" ending is just frustrating and depressing since the original chiwoo died, or even worse, choose to cease to exist in absolute despair and without actually ever finding happiness. This was the real ending. So depressing.
Meanwhile we have a parallel universe with this happy guy we just met and we know almost anything about him. Even his feelings for Hwan are shallow, empty and based on his appearance, there's no background, friendship, support or depth in it as the original chiwoo did. Damn, this is sad, I'm really upset about this ending and don't even get me started in the whole Sunny and Jin situation. Damn, that was frustrating.
