Can we, at least, the women who read these flashback chapters to give our vow here that we shall not mindlessly hurt a friend for a sleazebag of a boyfriend? There are girls out there that go around stealing people's men and those bitches deserve a bitchslap. But can we please promise ourselves that when we come across this situation, we shall take a step back and calm ourselves first. It hurts to be betrayed, but can we give our vow to approach this situation with calm head when (god forbid, but just in case) we encounter this situation? Take a step back, breathe, and look at all sides to gather evidence before we determine whether it is the man-stealer woman or the sleazebag cheating boyfriend that was at fault for the whole situation. MC was bullied to the point of dropping out of school because her friend is dead set on viewing her as the villain despite it is all the guy's fault. That's unfair.
So, ladies, can we please promise ourselves to make sound unbiased judgement AFTER looking at all sides whenever any of us encounter this situation? It pained me to see girls hurting each other when the boyfriend is the one fully at fault and I have seen this happened a few times irl. Come on. We women need to back each other up as much as we possibly can.
Ok. Rant over.
