Jaehan rejected Eunho cuz jaeha had suffered a lot due to being with a guy also he wanted Eunho to have a normal life he knew that Eunho is not gay and since when jaeha parents was not with him only Eunho's parents supported him so he just didn't wanted to ruin his relation with his parents there were many more common reasons but they just end up together thts all matters
