The kids from the images of HARUKA are of Kudou and Miyauchi (In the omegaverse project alphas, betas and omegas can get pregnant ) and the kids from your images are of Aoi and Jirou

Yeah, they don't. But in the translation, they're referring to Miyauchi as mama, to Kudou as papa and to Aoi as Aoi so... haha

They could've been raising KUdou's omega mate's children. The reason why I said this: Aoi and Jirou's children have their hair color.
But Kudou's and Miyauchi's don't have the parent's hair color.

But! Their hair color is the same/similar as the omega butler who is Jirou's mate. (or at leadt conbination of jirou and omega butler (hajime?)) color=dark+light=light brown like the two kids.

I have a dreaded feeling its going to be :omega butler sacrifices himself to give birth (his destiny) and give it to Miyauchi to raise (as the kids mama). which is the worst fate for miyauchi! he will be raising his rival's kids. And Kudou and Miyauchi will always be indeptes to Omega Butler some might say it's cute, i think it's sad. That Miyauchi will owe his happiness to someone else. He needs his own happiness.

Of course this is only my scared mind speaking. It can be different than what I said above

since you seem to have read the raws, can i ask why people are saying miyauchi and jirou are brothers?
because, maybe, maybe, since miyauchi is jirou's brother, miyauchi's children could have the same hair color as jirou, right? right?（/TДT)/

or just maybe, the scan quality wasnt that good so the hair color turns out different haha

Miyauchi is Jirou's older brother that got thrown away by his father because he is a Beta. That's what i've read from the comments. So yeah they are really brothers.

I hope not, I'll be really sad for Miyauchi. He doesn't usually show his pain and he lets the people he love be happy but let himself suffer.

If i'm not misunderstanding, you said Aoi would die giving birth, right? So...

I've read the raws and Aoi does have twins, a girl and a boy but he doesn't die. The girl has the same hair color as Jirou and the boy same as Aoi.
The kids from the images of HARUKA have the hair color of Jirou, but both are boys and one of them looks older than the other, that's why I'm saying they are not Jirou and Aoi's children.

But, yeah, that doesn't mean they are children of Miyauchi.

I mean to say the kids Miyauchi raised are __Kudou's__ kid and the new butler (Hajime) from Volume 3. This new butler is Omega and has the same scent as Kudou (i.e. Kudou's fated mate).

What I am afraid of is, Kudou cannot resist Hajime and made kids with Hajime. Hajime may or may not die, because the older kid is much older than the smaller kid, but gave up the children for Kudou and Miyauchi to raise anyway, putting MIyauchi in Hajime's debt.

Why do I think Hajime will get a sympathetic story to make us feel sorry for him getting between Kudou and Miyauchi? Because Sachimo-sensei made it seem like he's being forced by an evil character Nagumo to come to the Saionji house. And he is, even as Miyauchi said, "Very much like AOi" making Miyauchi cannot hate him. And the new butler Hajime looks very pitiful like Save Me vibe.

So even if I want to empathize with new butler, I still resent it if Miyauchi's happiness is because he's indebted to someone else. He deserves 100% for his sake.

But that he is Kudou's mate is new for me.

i understand you, i found some raws from probably the one that you read. its seems like Kudou can't really resist the Omega called Hudou because of his scent and the fact that they are mate. so as i saw in raws , Kudou is trying to not affectionately touch Hudou's cheek but he can't help to look at him with so much longing or probably lust and watching from a far is Miyauchi, focusing on Kudou's expression.

hudou is really similar to Aoi in more pitiful way since Aoi is strong willed, but as far as i have seen in the raws he is controlled by some villain that you mention.

just hope it'll be a happy ending in Miyauchi's part. he suffered so much just from his own family. its so cruel if he doesn't find a peaceful happiness.
