Can't blame him for that opinion. I do love Caesar, but he's 100% right. Anyone dating Caesar (or people like him aka Zhenya, Ilay and the likes) IS crazy and definitely should rethink that decision.
Ofc as Caesar so nicely demonstrated: actually trying to leave people like that has its own set of issues. Either they harm you, themselves or people around you if you do try, so it is kinda hard to 'just end' those relationships.
