So, this was on ezmanga and several chapters had been translated but you had to wait for chapters to be released. It looks like ezmanga has dropped it, though since I am not finding it in their catalog. It is on Webtoons (just not on the English server) and it looks like someone would need to take up translating/editing it.
I am ready for this slow-burn romance. It is soooo damn cute.
