It's still a confusion but he'll probably end up with Irene. It was told that in previous life, Seol Ah (the red hair girl) was in a serious relation with Joo heon, but she gets heart broken after learning that Irene and Joo Heon kissed and probably together now. Also, joo Heon didn't show any kind of romantic feelings towards any of them, but there is a scene where he says "I like Irene anyway".
