I don't know. Because a lot of times murder due to self defence still gets a sentence and is still considered somewhat a crime. Cuz well a person died. But it's somewhat hypocritical. Sometimes self-defence murders are let off, sometimes they are given huge sentences.

Cant he like say its self defense i mean wasnt the brother like kinda forcing him by putting pressure on him to join him in the activity he was doing
He could have done it if he reported the body right away but because he threw it and ran away it immediately becomes murder ┗( T﹏T )┛
