I personally like torturing myself over tragedy mangas, books, movies, etc. but I also know that my heart can take it, I can get over it after a short period of time. But there are people whose hearts are too weak. They end up being depressed for days unable to function properly. That's why I encourage people to never tell a frightful, weary person "you must read it!" and cause them unnecessary agony. :(
