It makes me angry that everyone put all the blame on jiho... it seems they are justifying what mr. lee is doing!!! Jiho is overwhelmed and hurts those around him, ok... but mr.lee is taking advantage of the situation even knowing jiho is feeling mentally sick.
I know that the doctor is not a bad person and he is trying to get dojun to free himself and be who he wants to be. but on the other hand .. it seems like dojun has always been afraid of disappointing people. I wouldn't want him to feel that he should impress the doctor at all costs. I hope in addition to having a sexual relationship they could be honest and understand each other better.
