mr iro's mum wanted him to apply for a job because she thought he didnt have one, but hes actually a yaoi novelist. when he applied for the company he accidentaly sent is manuscript instead of a cover letter. the boss (whos name i forgot, i think its ho-ryeong) thought it was a loveletter and hired him cause he thought that was interesting and now has a crush on him. manager choi recognised the book and knows who mr iro is. he is not romantically interested in mr iro but is just a fan. hope that sums it up for you ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~
