Usually this site is labeled with "i" for not secure (if you're on google chrome) but now it's the danger sign and is considered dangerous, why did this happen? On safari and google chrome too.

Coincidence or not, the throwaway email I used for this site got compromised (someone from another country logged into it) months ago and so is the email I used as recovery. My mangago password, my email password, and my recovery email password used to be the same. Google notified me about this so I logged out of all devices and changed all of their passwords to different ones. Nothing bad really happened just a bit of annoyance.
