Typically for young adults to the workforce, senior workers or those with disabilities. Seyoung as a career counsellor likely searches and reaches out to businesses in which he thinks his client is suitable for, or he just motivates/encourages them towards certain pathways like he did with one woman mentioned n earlier chapters. Employees under companies like this are an extension of the government, so he basically is in a government job. It’s not uncommon, as most governments funnel money towards these programs in order to keep the economy afloat with more workers, more income, more cash circulation.
As for income from his job, it likely is pretty average or lower. But we know Seyoung lives alone in a shabby unit, which could leave a reasonable amount of dispoable income left over for him to spend on gaming. I say shabby because his home consists of only one bathroom and single living space that combines his kitchen, dining, and bedroom together.
