So the wizard frog and the circle cat obviously meet at a birthday party. They were friends with the human the cats sitting on. But the frog hates the cat because he doesn't understand how he can make a perfect circle so he tries to destroy him. When he sees him at the birthday he jumps the cat and tried to ruin his circle.
