i get that y'all feel bad for the friend..i do too but y'all got to understand that once you see someone as your friend you have a hard time seeing them romantically. He isn't entitled to like him just because he was a good friend to him. A lot of people have a case of "nice guy syndrome". In which a person is nice and kind to a person (under the pretense of a friend) they are interested in and then they feel like the person should like them because they are nice to them. Also, I can see why y'all think it's messed up for him to brag about his new bf when he knows his friend likes him..but whats the point of continuing to being friends with them if you can accept their happiness?
