It is hinted. All over the beginning of the manhwa. The seme knows when Sejin would supposedly betray him and how, he knows Sejin’s heats, and he knows what Sejin wants without Sejin specifying them. I think there was a visual hint too.
It's basically spoilers from the novel. But like someone said it's also hinted throughout because the alpha knows everything before it happens.
