THIS IS SO SO GOOD, I'M SO HAPPY I'M READING IT

Vehemently agree with the comments. Starting with the rumors— the Duke not only did not inform Aurora of the rumors he spread, but then proceeded to bicker against explaining his actions to her. This makes no sense, because the effectiveness of the rumors would only be increased if Aurora had been informed and could act accordingly.

The next act of sending her to manage a restaurant was interesting, but no real conclusion was met. Did they employ the poor residents of the land? How did she manage the clearly transient system of giving not provisions but food produced by the restaurant to the poor while serving customers AND paying employees?

Similarly, every arc has unanswered questions. Half-hearted plot aside, I will always enjoy the arranged marriage trope! Excited to see a rude Duke fall for the FL as usual!

all of those incidents are interconnected. You have to read this slowly even though this is abridge.

Would you care to explain that interconnection, if it isn't too much trouble? Granted, it's been a while since I read this.

They're both people that have been deeply harmed by their surroundings. The MC healed, and Siyun relapses consistently. Two broken individuals on different paths of recovery. The MC is not at fault for assuming the boy who smashed her abuser's head in the wall and has harmed others around her murdered her abuser. She is not and never will be responsible for his actions and she has clearly done all she could to keep him stable, in the same way he is doing all he can to ensure her saftey, despite putting her in danger in the process, and in the same way he came to her mental and physical aid when she needed it the most (when she was actively being bullied, and harming her bully in her dream).
Like others have said, he needs help. She is not to be blamed.

Additionally, the ML underwent severe abuse to become who he is today, he is the product of his traumatic childhood. He is trying to become better. His trauma does not justify his actions, it explains it. The ML being hurt psychologically does not justify attempting to murder Jaehyuk or whatever the char who the MC originally liked was named. The MC originally wanted to murder the people who hurt her too. Luckily, she learned that that was not the path to healing.

What are the comments even arguing? Who's wrong? Who's good? Who's at fault? At fault for what? Their mental place? What is the point in trying to blame them? The MC is wrong for not believing in a boy (who didn't believe in himself) when it came to the murder of someone close to her, who he showed signs of aggression towards a day before, with a tendency for violence and manipulation? Are you kidding me? He DREAMT of murdering him (and by extension, himself). Which means, he absolutely could have.

I didn't expect to see this comments, I'm so baffled.

you said it perfectly. i can't understand these comments blaming either of them when they were both put in one of the worst situations for their relationship. jeongmin is being criticized for using context clues and logically deducing siyun was responsible (she even asked him and he admitted it!). and siyun is a victim of this misunderstanding as well. it's so confusing seeing the story explain everything, yet people still choose to misunderstood and blame one of them.

and i'm glad you brought up how jeongmin originally wanted to murder people too but changed (pretty early in the story), so i don't know why people bring it up to accuse her of being a hypocrite. she healed herself and wants siyun to heal too and refrain from violence after he promised her to stop using that method. that's all there is it.
