Wow. looking at this manga you can really see how the more modern games were pulled from the story line. The bird wings (skyward sword), princess zelda's outfit, 7 guardians of the realm of the triforce, (OoT) the mastersword mythos in general. I'd definitely say a link to the past was THE definitive game for the legend of zelda series.

I think there nothing wrong with the guy trying to get over her, and when she finally shows some interest in him as a man, taking his chance while he has it. Think or it from his perspective, he's finally escaped the friend zone!

Maybe i am an S, but i really liked how Val was the one chasing after him and the guy was the terrified one saying, "No, i have to deny my feeling cause she's no good for me."
