My previous rant comment for those who have not read and are curious if this plot is your cup of tea: https://www.mangago.zone/home/mangatopic/14881828/

I see people saying that Jaeha is the most undeserving person of his happy ending and that he did nothing to experience that. In the latest chp 58, Jaeha pretty much hates himself so much that he doesn't think he deserves regret. He's so internally fucked that he doesn't feel the right to 'regret' and it feels wrong how he's being treated as if he had a perfect peace of mind going through any of this.

He didn't even allow himself to regret his own choices because he himself knows how stupid of a choice his insecurities drove him to make.

Yes, he catalysed this fucked up mess of a relationship with his own hands but there is no where I see him abandoning the blame or not knowing it was his fault in the end. Jaeha is like any other person who makes horrible stupid mistakes, knows it was his fault and feels he has no right to regret or pity himself. In fact before Eunho pops up, he was just living with the torment of it.

The worse part is that everyone faults him because he 'never tries to change' which realistically speaking, when it's that deeply ingrained, would be hard and take time. And spoiler alert, Jaeha does develop and learn as a person just like any of us but people are not giving him the time to do that.

No one is excusing Jaeha of the shit he has done, not even himself. Seriously fiction or not, don't expect clear communication from someone who has been conditioned by life to run away from their problems. No it most certainly DOES NOT warrant a free pass to do whatever he wants but it gives reason and demands an extent of understanding. And does Jaeha grow? YES HE DOES JUST GIVE THIS STUPID KID TIME TO LEARN AND IF YOU CAN'T WAIT FOR IT WAIT FOR ALL THE REMASTERED CHAPTERS TO RELEASE AND THEN READ IT YOURWELCOME.
