a lot of people seem to be angry that they get together, but i honestly don't see them as siblings at all. they only spent a few years together, and have had essentially zero communication for most of their lives. When I think of siblings, I think of randomly breaking out into play fights or arguing about stupid things like who sits where. They act more like childhood friends.

i'm usually not ok with the 'misunderstanding' trophe, mostly cause the whole issue gets invalidated by the time travel and so the original misunderstanding is never actually resolved. In this case, well PTSD is a thing, so I guess we will see how things go when the war happens?
